RAE's Recruitment and War Policy
Pursuant to the Clan's objective of being recognized as a top guild, the following shall be set forth.
1. Each new recruit must have wimps with a rank of level 6. No exceptions.
2. Each new recruit must pass inspection through a friend vs friend with the recruiting officer. Other fvf's may be required at the officer's request.
3. Each new recruit must also occupy the recruiting officer's base to allow a determination of the depth of the recruit's army. Additional occupations of other officer's bases may also be required.
4. Careful consideration will be given to referrals. In the event of multiple candidates vying for one spot, the biggest and strongest army shall prevail.
5. Each new recruit must demonstrate a consistent desire and ability to rank their units to appropriate levels as determined by High Council.
6. Each new recruit must also be willing to assist in the ranking of other can member's armies.
7. Each new recruit shall respect and honor their clan mates as individuals and the clan as a whole.
8. Each new recruit shall not post on public forums the business, policies, strategies, tips or secrets of the clan.
9. Each new recruit shall serve a period of 30 days as a probationary period to determine proper fit with the clan. New recruits shall not be eligible to receive any clan prizes or rewards during this period.
War Policy
Every member of RAE is expected to actively participate in any clan wars as the need arises. This includes, but is not limited too the following.
1. Sending quality occupations. No trooper, wimp and sandbag occupations. This is not a skill point contest.
2. Reserve units for base defense as needed.
3. Assist resources, hospitals and repair bays of as many members as possible.
4. Adhere to any other guidlines as set forth by High Command
